Concealed slide motor
HiFinity is a premium system, only produced by certified fabricators. The
concealed slide motor allows you to open vents with the push of a button, or by connecting the motor to your home automation system.
This high performance motor guarantees optimum convenience. It is a safe and reliable solution that provides
an infinite view in excellent comfort. Despite its minimal visual sidelines, HiFinity’s durable strength allows you
to carry the weight of large sliding glass panes up to 750 kg, and fixed glass panes up to 1200 kg

Electric lock (062.8262.--)
HiFinity with an electric lock creates a secure and care-free environment where you do not have to worry about uninvited guests.
The sliding door features a robust bolt, operated locally by a button or via your Smart Home or Building Management System. It can also be unlocked from outside with one of our integrated Access Control solutions. Additionally, the integrated alarm feedback helps ensure full peace of mind.
Drop bolt lock features:
- Alarm feedback directly from lock (in position and locked)
- Concealed installation, better tolerances
- Can be upgraded to motorised sliding: pre-motorisation as an option upfront in the workshop

Synchronisation
The Element Controller offers easy and fast installation to all supported opening
types. Residents enjoy safe and easy control thanks to synchronising motors of
single elements and integration options for Building Management Systems or
Smart Home Solutions.

- RBus: highly reliable and robust proprietary motor communication protocol based on RS485; longer cables, low signal interruption and multiple motors in daisy chain
Element Controller is mandatory for synchronisation in the following situations:

- Collision prevention between heavy moving vents by position-based, closed-loop movement control
- High safety performance by motor current and position-based SAFETY control per motor
